Today, she continues to expand her impact as an advisor, investor, philanthropist, and advocate for female entrepreneurs through her Dream Makers Founder Grant, a $1M initiative supporting women in business.

James D. White is a seasoned Independent Board Director and Chair, currently serving as Board Chair of The Honest Company and sitting on the boards of CAVA, Simply Good Foods, Schnucks Markets, and Bay Club. He has previously held leadership roles on the boards of Affirm, Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP), and Directors Academy.
As the former Chair, President, and CEO of Jamba Juice, James transformed the company into a global lifestyle brand. He has also held senior roles at Safeway, The Gillette Company, and Nestlรฉ-Purina PetCare. Today, through his company Culture Design Lab Inc., he advises executive teams and boards on corporate culture and DEI strategies.
